Family Book-Nic

Please join us for Family Book-Nic, a special lunchtime reading picnic, on Wednesday, March 4.

This year, the event will take place entirely on the main grass area. There will be no seating at the lunch tables as we want this to feel like a true picnic experience, with all families gathered together in one space.

WHAT TO BRING
• A book or two to read with your child
• Lunch for you and your child
• Blanket or beach chairs for seating on the grass

Students may also get lunch from the cafeteria if they prefer.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
• During Family Book-Nic, students will NOT be permitted on the playground, as this is dedicated reading time for students and families.
• If you are unable to attend, please notify your child’s teacher ASAP so they can partner your child with another family.

BOOK-NIC LUNCH TIME
TK – 5th: 12:00–12:45 PM (Gates open at 12:00)

STUDENT SIGN-OUT
If you’d like to sign your child out early following the Book-Nic, please do the following:

• TK & Kinder: Sign out directly with your child’s teacher
  • Grades 1st–5th: Sign out at the main gate when exiting
